1.Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Numo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Numo. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.
3.Description of service
Numo is a personal alcohol tracking tool that estimates blood alcohol content (BAC) based on information you provide. Numo is provided for informational and awareness purposes only.
4.Subscription and payment
Free access & trial
New users can log up to 3 drinks for free. After that, a 7-day free trial of Numo Premium is available. Your subscription begins automatically after the trial ends unless cancelled before the trial period expires.
Monthly
Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
Yearly
Billed annually at a discounted rate.
Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region. All prices include applicable taxes where required.
Billing
Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your payment method will be charged at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies.
5.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Numo for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the app in any way that could harm yourself or others
- Attempt to circumvent any subscription or payment mechanism
6.Disclaimer of warranties
Numo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- BAC calculations are accurate or complete
- The app will be available at all times without interruption
- The app will be free from errors or bugs
- The app is suitable for any particular purpose
Use of Numo is entirely at your own risk.
7.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to:
- Decisions made based on BAC estimates
- Any accidents, injuries, or legal consequences
- Loss of data or service interruptions
8.Intellectual property
All content, design, and code within Numo is the property of its developers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
9.Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Numo at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. Continued use of Numo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
